1) **If you have an urgent medical query following your treatment with me, or other urgent request, please contact the mobile number I’ve given you in any of your aftercare sheets.

Please do not send by email any urgent requests or appointment requests, as I don’t wish to disappoint you.

2) All my appointment booking & diary scheduling is done solely by my offsite receptionist – Phone 0333 444 0567.

They book over the phone – not by email – and notify me once you have made the booking.

3) If you are enquiring as a new patient:

• If you wish to discuss a procedure and/or your suitability for treatment, this is done at the medical aesthetic consultation appointment.
• No treatments can be booked for new patients who have not already made a consultation appointment with me.
• For a new patient consultation appointment: Please call 0333 444 0567 and book a 60 minute consultation appointment (cost £60).

4) At the consultation appointment: 

• Whether you are a current or new patient, you can obtain impartial advice on your suitability for a cosmetic procedure that you are considering.
• You can discuss your medical history and any changes that impact treatment outcomes, your expectations and lifestyle requirements.
• The assessment is of your degree of facial ageing, volume loss, muscle tone (expressions and muscle activity) and skin health including UV damage and inflammation.
• You will be able to make an informed decision as to whether a procedure you are considering is likely to give you a good outcome.

This is a no-obligation doctor’s appointment.
The fee of £60 is for my professional time.
